• Successfully mediated the complete settlement of a lawsuit brought by a public high school teacher against his large school district employer claiming the district's reclassification of him impaired both his teaching career and his opportunities for positions outside the district as a coach.

• Successfully mediated complete settlement of a Federal court action in which a 30-year agent of a large insurance company claimed its termination of him as an agent on purported grounds of fraud was actually motivated by national origin and religious discrimination.  

• Binding arbitration between the owner of a mortuary property and its ground lessee, a nationally prominent mortuary owner and operator, to reset the ground rent based on fair market lease value of the property used solely as a mortuary.

• Successful mediation between a clothing manufacturer and a nationwide retailer concerning the termination of their relationship and accounting issues.

• Binding arbitration of a dispute between a large warehouse owner and its former tenant over damages for delay in vacating and waste to the property.

• Mediation between a large Korean food-making company and its exclusive U.S. distributor for alleged inadequate performance by the distributor. The principals of the two companies were siblings and children of the recently-deceased founder of both companies, and were also involved along with other family members in litigation over their father’s estate.  

• Mediation between a national fast food franchisor and one of its franchisees, a minority, who claimed that the franchisor had discriminated against her efforts to open an additional location in an affluent non-minority area by diverting her to a program offering special economic considerations to minority franchisees for opening locations in minority areas.
