About Perry Mocciaro, Esq.

The foundation of my ADR practice is my 45 years of first-chair experience handling hundreds of business litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.  My special emphasis has been in real estate, including disputes over commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, construction defects, and co-owner disputes.  From 1988 until retiring in June of 2020, I was a partner and senior counsel in the nationally preeminent real estate law firm of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP. 

I am a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Panels in the Los Angeles Region, and previously served as an arbitrator with Franchise Arbitration and Mediation Services. I also serve as a volunteer mediator in the mediation program of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and hearing officer in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Administrative Citation Enforcement program.
